What We Do NOT Collect:
- DreamWeave does not record, store, or transmit any audio from your device's microphone
- We do not collect your name, email, or personal contact information unless you contact us directly
- We do not access your contacts, photos, or files

Your Advertising Choices:
- When you first use the App, you will see a consent dialog to manage your advertising preferences
- You can opt out of personalized ads while still seeing non-personalized ads
- Purchase Premium to remove all advertisements
- Reset your Advertising ID in your device settings at any time

4.2 Google Play Services
We use Google Play Services for:
- In-app purchase processing

- Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)

On iOS devices, we use Apple services for:
- In-app purchase processing via App Store

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The App itself does not use cookies. However, our third-party advertising partners (Google AdMob) may use:
- Advertising Identifiers: Mobile advertising IDs (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android)
- SDKs: Software Development Kits that collect usage and device data
- Pixels/Beacons: To measure ad performance
You can limit ad tracking through your device settings:

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States, where our service providers operate.

When we transfer data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

- Adequacy Decisions: Transfers to countries deemed adequate by the European Commission
- Data Privacy Framework: For transfers to certified US companies

8. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary:
- App preferences: Stored locally on your device until you uninstall the App
- Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized, retained for up to 26 months
- Support communications: Retained for up to 2 years after resolution
- Purchase records: As required by law (typically 7 years for tax purposes)

9.2 Additional Rights for EEA Users (GDPR)

11. Children's Privacy
DreamWeave is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in some EEA countries).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be indicated by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
For significant changes, we will notify you through the App or other appropriate means before the changes take effect.
